Missing Middle Housing in Waterloo Region

In 2023, we partnered with the Waterloo Region Association of REALTORS® (WRAR) to execute on an consumer research and earned media strategy that highlighted the need for more missing middle housing in Waterloo Region. The result? Municipalities in Waterloo Region committed to rolling back exclusionary zoning and building more homes families can afford.

TRESA Training for TRREB Members

The Government of Ontario rolled out major public policy changes to the way the business of real estate is regulated creating a compliance challenge for the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board’s (TRREB) members. Real North partnered with TRREB to deliver a member education campaign using video, digital and email content. The results? Our campaign generated 45,000 video views, a 55 per cent email open rate and 65,000 website visits.
